Future Internet is the coined name of the international initiative led by the European Commission to preempt the coming challenges as our modern society becomes more dependent upon and immersed with networked technologies.

Future Internet Austria is a new national initiative which brings together companies and organizations with a vested interest in the realization of the Future Internet vision set out by the European Commission and supported by the BMVIT.
